Boeing and City desire to amend and restate the Easement � Agreement as provided herein. � � �2�reements '� � Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: t+� i?� l. Paragraph A of Exhibit A to the Easement Agreement is deleted in its entirety and Attachment 1 to this Agreement is substituted therefor. 2. The Easement Agreement is incorporated herein by reference, and the parties expressly restate the granting of the easement. 3. Paragraph B of E�chibit A to the Easement Agreement and all other provisions of the Easement Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. 4.
