WHEREAS, Grantor hereunder is the owner of certain real property located in the City of Renton, King County, Washington, and described on EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Property"); A.ND O :� WHEREAS, by instrument entitled TEMPORARY EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT, effective as of 0 September 15, 1994 ("the Agreement"), Grantor's predecessor in interest, M. A. Lot Line Adjustment of Property.
