(� Beginnuig at a point on the easterly line of the Charles E.Monster Road,also known as the Steel Hill Road,distant

King County,Washington,lying northerly of the northerly margin of Oakesdale Avenue S.W. Situated in the Northeast

But this release shall not impair the easement rights acquired and recorded under King County Recording No.
7109020502 as to the easement therein described not hereby released.Except as explicitly released by this document,the
remainin Ci Easement ri hts shall remain in full force and ef�ect.
