shall be used for puhlic park and/or recreational purposes as provided for

The �rcject Contract identified above is anended as follows :
Subsequent to a transfer by King County of its interest in the above-referenced
project property to the City of Renton, who will manage the' property as a
public recreation area under the terms of this contract, the Project Contract
� identified above is amended as follows to transfer the responsibilities of
"Contractor":
a. The Interagency Committee agrees to release King County
of all responsibilities as Contractor under this contract
and allow the County to transfer title of the Cedar River Stage I
property (#75-026A) to the City of Renton.
b. The City of Renton as signatory to this amendment agrees to accept
the transfer of title to Cedar River Stage I (75-026A) from King
County and enter into an agreement with the Interagency Committee
to manage the subject property under the terms of the conditions
contained in the above-referenced Project Contract. •
