• Shawn introduced Tina our Custodian at the Senior Center; after eleven years, Tina is moving on as a I
Water Meter reader for the City of Renton. I want to recognize Tina since she has done nothing short of an
outstanding job; whenever Tina is asked to do a job, whether it's in her job classification or not, she is always
willing to help.
• I want to thank the four candidates who are here applying for the open position. In January, 2012, two
positions are open; one position will be filled by Peggy Budzu who qualified in last year's interview process.
This is the first-time we have ever had eleven applicants apply to serve on the Mayor's Advisory Board.
Interviews will be held December 13-14, 2011, from 8:30-12:30 PM. Interview committee will be Ben Cheney,
Marjorie Cochran-Reep and Sandy Polley.

sponsoring $100 to off-set costs for raffles. Union 2170 made a check payable to the Renton Senior Center; in
turn I need a check from the Treasurer, for$100, payable to Safeway. About 75 volunteers help with games,
coffee bar and serve the actual meal. '

COMMENTS:
Pat Baylor—Closing out RSVP month end report; make sure you sign-in today and your individual sheets are
complete and up-to-date. RSVP, after all these years, requesting job description for whatever area they work
in. Ben Cheney asked Pat if she received minutes for the years 2006-2011. Not yet, however we are working
towards it.
Douglas Gregory—Shawn have you heard any more about the plans on the outside patio? Shawn said, "No I
haven't."
President Ben Cheney adjourned the meeting at 10:38 AM.
