This Hold Harmless Agreement and the covenants herein contained shall run with the land

This Hold Harmless Agreement is designed to relieve the City of Renton on any and all
legal and financial responsibility for problems caused by owner(s)use of the right of way.
Grantors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Renton and all its employees,
officers, and attorneys from any and all claim s of damage,demands,suits, injuries or losses
including attorneys fees or problems of any kind or nature caused by the use of such right of
way, whether under permit or not.
In the event any claim is made against the City of Renton or any action is commenced by
any party naming the City of Renton as a defendant due to or related to the use of such right
of way,Grantors agree to defend that claim or action, including all expenses and attorney's
fees incurred at arbitration,trial or on appeal. .. -
