This Hold Harmless Agreement is designed to relieve the City of Renton on any and all legal and financial responsibility for problems caused by owner(s)use of the right of way. Grantors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Renton and all its employees, officers, and attorneys from any and all claims of damage, demands, suits, injuries or losses including attorneys fees or problems of any kind or nature caused by the use of such right of way,whether under permit or not.
