Dear Mr. Clement:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on July 16, 2019.
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before November 22, 2019 so that we may continue the
review of the above subject application:
1. Updated Traffic Study addressing the following items -
a. Remove Lot 10 from all calculations due to the temporary nature of the parking lot
b. Provide a detailed parking analysis demonstrating how the entire Boeing plant site will meet the
parking code requirements in RMC 4-4-080 after the project is completed
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. Please contact
