and Union Oil Company of California, recorded under King County

Auditor 's File No. 6189793 in Volume 4944 at 639-644, on the
15th day of lune.', 1967, paragraph 1, page 2 of that agreement
is hereby amended to substitute the total actual cost of the
improvement in the amount of $11, 656.98 for the total estimated
cost. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement to re-
main in full force and effect.
