PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th
day of November , 1984, bearing Auditor's File Number 8411090689 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
partially
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has kt*jy satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
partially
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
1 . That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File
Number 8411090689 , has been partially satisfied and the following

The Seller of the above captioned property, Naomi L. Robinson-Benton, hereby
agrees to pay one half the cost of the late-comer charge plus interest to
January 4, 1988, in the amount of $2,802.4tat this time, with the remaining
balance to be paid by Purchasers, Albert H. Pearson and Geraldine G. Pearson,
at the time the property is connected to the sewer service plus any additional
interest owing at that time.
