TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER
HELD LATECOMER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a Washington
municipal corporation, and

WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 9th day of April , 19 84 , bearing Auditor's Ej
File Number 8404090606 and expired on March 15, 1994
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
8404090606 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
8404090606 , has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll
should be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A".
Latecomer Agreement LCAG# 8404 recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 8404090606 has
expired and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
