FULL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER FIELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington
municipal corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 27th day of September 1990, bearing Auditor's File
Number 9009271240 and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, the last remaining parcel of property encumbered by the agreement has fully satisfied its portion of the
latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's file number 9009271240
has now been fully satisfied and the following described property should be and is hereby fully released from any
claim under said latecomer's agreement:
