TERMINATION OF A PRIVATE DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Shannon O'Neil.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 22nd day of September, 1981, bearing
Auditor's File Number 8109220560 and expired on September 22, 1991.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing AF # 8109220560 be
released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: Latecomer Agreement LCAG #8109220560 recorded under this
King County Recording Number has expired and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
