PARTIAL SATISFACTION OF A PRIVATE
DEVELOPER HELD LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between CITY OF RENTON, a
Washington municipal corporation, and Service Linen
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 31st day of October, 1986, bearing Auditor's File
#86103?1889 and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, certain parcels of that property have been purchased by Service Linen and the owners wish to
release their own property from the latecomer agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcels be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:

File # 8610311889 have been withdrawn from the latecomer assessment roll at the request of Robert

BUT this release shall not impair the lien of the said latecomer agreement recorded under King County
Auditor's File Number 8610311889, as to lands therein described not hereby released.
