The property is approximately 37,792 sq. ft. in size and is located in the Medium Industrial (IM) zone. As part of the project, the applicant has proposed the installation of approximately 25 vehicle lifts, a pressure washing station, a storage area, office space and restrooms within the vacant space. According to the applicant, the building would not be open to customers and all vehicles would be transferred to the repair area from Sound Ford's main building by staff. According to COR maps, a high seismic hazard is present on the site. No trees or vegetation are proposed for removal as a part of the project.
