THE ROOT PROTECTION AREA (RPA) IS DEFINED AS THE AREA WITHIN THE DRIP LINE OF THE TREE TO BE RETAINED, DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL UNLESS THE TREE IS AN OAK.
