Division No.4,according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 82,records of King
County,Washington.Situate in King County,Washington. Except the West 156.3 feet thereof.
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0022 was established by Ordinance No 4920 and recorded under
King County Recording Number 20020104002321;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$5,701.91;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided notice
of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20060713000108;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS,on June 17,2011,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20060713000108, has
been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and is hereby fully released from any claim
under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the liens of the said assessment rolls recorded under King County
Auditor's File Numbers 20020104002321,as to the above described land therein described.
