WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0021 was established by Ordinance No 4921 and recorded under
King County Recording Number 20020104002322;and
WHEREAS the Owner agreed to pay, in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for
utility connection in the original amount of$4,326.99;and
WHEREAS the Owner and the City of Renton executed a Memorandum of Agreement and provided notice
of this agreement under King County Recording Number 20070926000409;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late
payments,and attorney fees and costs for collection;and
WHEREAS the agreement provided that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining
balance is due and payable;and
WHEREAS,on July 7,2011,the final installment was paid pursuant to this agreement;and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by the agreement;and
WHEREAS,the Owner has fully satisfied the obligations created by the aforementioned agreement;
NOW,THEREFORE,the Memorandum of Agreement bearing Auditor's File Number 20070926000409,has
been fully satisfied and the above described land should be and-is hereby fully released from any claim
under said agreement;
BUT this release shall not impair the liens of the said assessment rolls recorded under King County
Auditor's File Numbers 20020104002322,as to the above described land therein'tlescribed.
