RIGHT OF ENTRY
The undersigned, hereinafter called the "owner", hereby grants to King County, a political subdivision
of the State of Washington, hereinafter called "King County," a permit or right of entry upon the
following terms and conditions:
1. The Ownef hereby grants to King County a right to enter upon the lands hereinafter described,
at a time to be established for, and notification to be given of the date of commencement of said
activities and, expiring one year after signing, in order to conduct on-site survey, wetland
C. delineation, and soil investigations by design team members. The King County personnel will
identify themselves to said property occupants at the time of trespass.
2. The permit includes the right of ingress and egress on land of the owner described below,
`YZ provided such ingress and egress is necessary and not otherwise conveniently available to King
County.
�1 3. All tools, equipment, and other property taken upon or placed upon the land by King County
0 shall be subject to the approval of the Renton Park Director, shall remain the property of King
County and will be removed by King County at any time within a reasonable period after the
expiration of this permit or right of entry.
4. Ki.ag County will be responsible for damages arising from the activity of King County, its
officers, agents, employees or representatives on said land, in the exercise of right under this
per mit or right of entry.
5. Tho land affected by this permit or right of entry is located in the State of Washington, County
of King, and described as follows:
That portion of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and portion of the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 23
Township 23N, Range 5 E. W.M. in the State of Washington, County of King described as follows:

Beginn ing at the intersection of the northwesterly margin of the C and g y
the w est line of said section,
Thence north along said west line to a point which is 320 feet as measured at right angles from said
Railway right-of-way,
Thence south 75° 41'53" East to the westerly margin of 149th Avenue SE
Thence southerly along said westerly margin to the north margin of said C and PS railway right-of-
way
Thence west along said railway right-of-way margin to the point of beginning.
Also known as Tax Account Number. 232305-9009, located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
23, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, in King County, Washington.
