The undersigned, Grantor, for and in consideration of a permit to construct a side sewer to connect these
premises to the City Sewer Main at less than minimum grade of 2% according to City of Renton Ordinance
#4343 as it amends any previous ordinances, hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the City of g
Renton, a Municipal Corporation from all future damages resulting from such connection.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be a covenant running with the land over the following described real estate
situated in the County of King, State of Washington, and shall be binding upon all parties and their heirs and
assigns forever.
