Q FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of a permit to construct a side sewer to
TVC
r-i connect the premises located in King County, Washington, said premises
OD being More fully described on Exhibit "A" hereto, to the City Sewer Main
at less than minimum grade of 2% according to City of Penton Ordinance
1552 and as amended by Ordinance 1727, SAFEWAY STORES, INCORPORAThD, a
Maryland corporation, does hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless
the City of Renton from all future damages resulting from such
connection.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be a covenant running with the land and shall
be binding upon all parties and their heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Safeway Stores, Incorporated has executed this
Release as of the day and year first written above.
