WHEREAS, the City of Renton has previously adopted Ordinance No. 4321 and Ordinance No. 4415 .
providing for the collection of tap, hook-up or connection charges for those connecting to the water
or sewage systems of the City, and
WHEREAS, said charge was duly recorded pursuant to RCW 65.08.170, and
WHEREAS, said charge creates a lien on specifically defined properties, as described on attached
Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its portion of those charges, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that said parcel be released from the lien created by said charges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN:
That the tap, hook-up or connection charge has been partially satisfied for Parcel No. 1 and is
fully released from any claim under that charge as to the following described real property:
