Beginning at the most easterly corner of Block 1, of R.C. Haddock Addition to
Earlington, according to plat recorded in Volume 38 of plats, page 4, in King
County, Washington; thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said
block, a distance of 298.886 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing southwesterly along said southeasterly line, 60.00 feet; thence
South 72°56'45" East 136.523 feet; thence North 17°03'15" East 60.00 feet; thence
North 72°56'45" West 136.741 feet to the true point'of beginning.

for and in consideration of the Renton Water Department granting a permit to connecfa
temporary water service in 81st Avenue South (Easement) for above
property hereby agree that no protests can be made by above part:PS , thP;r heirs
and assigns, against the construction of or assement for a permanent watermain which
will necessarily be constructed in the street to serve this property.
This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
all parties and their heirs and assigns until the permanent watermain to serve the above
described property has been constructed and the assessment roll or cost per property
therefor certified to the City Treasurer for collection, or payment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first
