above property hereby agree that no protests can be made by above party , his, heirs
and assigns, against the construction of, or assessment for a permanent watermain which
will necessarily be constructed in the street to serve this property.
This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
all parties and their heirs and assigns until _the permanent watermain to serve the above
described property has been constructedand the assessment roll or cost per property
therefore certified to the City Treasurer for collection, or payment.
