Clean MWS-Linear Modular Wetland (Model MWS-L-8-12-V-UG-HC) to an Oldcastle
Infrastructure BioPod Biofilter System (BPU0816IB-SI).
Response: The following attached submittal package was provided by Pennon Construction.

Also attached with this change are the revised civil plans impacted by this change 4 sheets in
total (Sheets C3.0, C3.1, C3.4 and C3.5).
From an installation impact this product causes no major changes to the proposed storm
drainage system and according to the information provided by the Pennon Construction and
Oldcastle the proposed Water Quality System appears to be equivalent to the approved design.
