The Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement, City of Renton Acquisition No. AC-106
("Agreement"), dated November 30, 2017, and amended December 11, 2017, between the City of
Renton, Washington, a municipal corporation ("Seller"), and the Housing Authority of the City of
Renton, ("RHA") for the purchase and sale of the property described in said Agreement, is
amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1.3, Date of Closing, is amended to read:
1.3 Date of Closing. Unless amended by mutual written agreement of
the parties,the transaction of purchase and sale as set forth in this Agreement shall
be closed on or before March 16, 2018, subject to the satisfaction and/or waiver of
all contingencies set forth more fully below.
2. All other provisions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement shall remain the same.
