Re: Letter of Intent between City of Renton and Renton Housing Authority dated January 23,
2017
This Addendum B hereby amends that certain tetter of intent between the City of Renton
("Seller") and Renton Housing Authority ("Buyer"), dated January 23, 2017 ("lanuary 23, 2017
Letter of Intent") and amended by Addendum A, dated August 9, 2017, involving the sale and
purchase of a piece of property generally known as the "Renton Highlands library" parcel (the
"Property"), located at 2902 NE 12th Street, Renton, Washington, more particularly described
in the January 23, 2017 Letter of Intent, as follows:
WHEREAS, Addendum A to the lanuary 23, 2017 extended the closin� date of the sale and
purchase to October 31, 2017; and
WHEREAS, in order to complete all due diligence under the agreed upon terms of sale and
purchase, the parties agree that it is necessary to extend the date in which the sale and
purchase of the Property is completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, Buyer and Seller agree as follows:
1. The sale and purchase of the Property shall be completed no later than December
15, 2017; and
2. All other terms and conditions of the January 23, 2017 Letter of Intent remain in full
force and effect.
