KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: For
good and valuable consideration, re_
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the United States of America, acting by
and through the Federal Public Housing.Authority, does hereby remise, release
and quitclaim unto the City of Renton, Washington, an easement for sewer line
purposes over the following described property situate in the County of King,
State of Washington, to-wit:
A portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
(NW_i/ISW_1/14) of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East
W.M. described as follows; Beginning at the intersection of
the South line of said VW-144 of SW-1/4 and the center line
of Renton Avenue (now Main Street) in Renton Farm Plat No. 2;
thence N. 0°55'59" E. 30 feet to the true point of beginning,
said line being the extension of the centerline of Main St.;
thence N. 0°55159" E. 632.5+6 feet to the East and West center-
line of said NW-1/4 of SW-1/4; thence S. 89°2810111 E. along
said centerline 30 feet; thence S. 0°55159" W. 632.557 feet;
thence N. 89°26143" W. 30 feet to the true point of beginning,
containing .436 acres more or less. EXCEPT that portion owned
by the City of Seattle.
Also a portion of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of the South_
west Quarter (SW-1/4) of Section 8,Township 23 North, Range 5
East W.M. described as follows: Beginning at the intersection
of the south line of said NW-1/4+ of SW-1/4 and Renton Avenue
now Main Street) in R TTON FARM PLAT NO. 2; thence N. 0°55159"
E. 467.306 feet to the true point of beginning, said Line be-
ing the extension of the centerline of Main Street; thence N.
0°55159" E. 195.24 feet to the East and West centerline of
said NW_1/4 of SW-1/4; thence S. 89°2810111 E. along said center
line, 30 feet;� thence S. 0°55'59" W. 167.23 feet; thence S.
47041101" W. 41.19 feet to the true point of beginning.
Also a strip of land 10 feet wide, being 5 feet on either side
of the following described centerline: Beginning at the North-
west corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Southwest
1/4 (SW_1/ 1/4SW_l/)+) of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range
5 E. W. M., thence S. 89°28101" E. 68.25 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence S. 0°25121" W. a distance of 632.29 feet
more or less to the North line of 6th Avenue North, in the City
of Renton, containing .145 acres more or less. SUBJECT to an
easement in favor of the Northern Pacific Railway Company for
right of way of the Pacific Car and Foundry Spur Track dated
April 9,1942 recorded April 23, 1942 in Volume 2046 of Deeds,
Page 291, records of King County, Washington.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to said property for the purpose
of operating, maintaining, repairing or removing said sewer line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this instrument this 21st
