TIfli GRANTORS, Edwin M. Smithers, Fred G. Smithers and Ada
Thorne , for and in consideration of One (, 1.00) Dollar in hand paid,
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto School District No. Seven
(7 ) , King County, :Washington, the perpetual right to use as a public
street the strip of land sixty (60) feet in width described as fol-
lows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point two thousand one hundred sixty-five
(2165 ) feet north of and nine hundred thirty five and seven one hun-
dredths (935 .07) feet West of the corner common to Sections Seventeen,
(17) , Eighteen (18) , Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20) , Township Twenty-
three (23) North Range Five (5 ) East, W. M. King County, Washington,
said point beingalso sixty (60) feet north of the Northeast corner
of Block One (iin Smithers 4th Addition to the Town of Renton; run
thence N. 0 degrees thirteen (13 ) minutes West in extension of the
West margin of Morris Street in the Flat of Smithers 4th Addition to
the Town of Renton, five hundred twenty-nineandone tenths (529.1)
feet, more or less to a line in extension of the south margin of
Second Avenue in the Plat of "Town of Renton" thence Easterly along
said line of extension sixty (60) feet, thence South o degrees, thir-
teen (13) minutes East along a line in extension of the East margin
of Morris Street in Smithers 2nd Addition to The Town of Renton, five
hundred twenty-nine and one tenths (529.1) feet more or less, to the
North margin of 3rd Avenue in said Smithers 2nd Addition; thence West-
erly along said North margin of 3rd Avenue sixty (60) feet to place
of beginning; excepting rights of way heretofore transferred to the
City of Seattle and to the Seattle Renton & Southern Railway, contain-
ing seven tenths (7/10) acres more or less.
