grant, bargain and convey unto School District Seven (7)
:ing County, Washington the perpetual right to use as a
public street a strip of land sixty (60) feet in width described
as follows: Thirty (30) feet on each side of the following describ-
ed line, to-wit :
Beginning at a point four hundred forty-seven and twelve
one-hundredths (447.12) feet West of the stone monument at the
intersection of Second Avenue and Burnett Street in the Tov n of
Renton, running thence West three hundred seventy-five and three
tenths (375.3) feet, situated in the County of King and State of
Washington.
Dated at Renton, Washington this 23d day of March A. D.

to be the individuals described in and who executed the within
instrument, and acknowledged to ne that they sued and sealed the
same as their free and voluntary act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned.
