The right and authority to divert from the stream of water known
• as Spring Brook Creek flowing through a portion of Tract No. 1
• Spring Brook Acre Tracts, in King County, State of Washington,
from Tract No. 9 Spring Brook Acre Tracts, 500,000 gallons of
water every 24 hours, in addition to the 1,000,000 gallons of
water every 24 hours acquired by condemnation by the City of
Renton in Cause No. 67178 in the Superior Court of King County,
Washington, the right of appropriation granted hereby to continue
in perpetuity, such 500,000 gallons of water every 24 hours to be so
appropriated and diverted from said stream by the grantee to be
used in the operation of grantee's municipal water system..
