Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTORS GLENN K. MAPES and ELLA B. MAPES, his wife
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
convey and quit claim to CITY OF RENT ON, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington:
The east thirty (30) feet and the south thirty (30) feet
of the north half of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of Section Nine (9), Town-

Less Boal and mineral rights, to be used for any and all
