QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Chester J. Hartsock and
Sarah V. Hartsock , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
" A strip of land 60 feet in width the margins being parallel and 30 feet
from the centerline thereof as herein described: Beginning with the in-
tersection of the center line of K Street with the east line of Block
L produced north, Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No 2. as shown on
plat recorded August 6, 1956, in Volume 56 of Plats, Pages 69 to 75 in-
clusive, Records of King County, Washington; thence South 43° 54' 38" East
197.76 feet; thence South 1° 05' 22" West 180.89 feet to the south termin-
ous of said 60 foot strip of land. "
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
