QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Iver A. Carlson
and his wife, yildred M. , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State o1 Washington, and described as follows:
The south 15 feet of the north 115 feet of the east 1/3 of a tract of
land herein described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Bagley Place
with the south line of the City of Seattle Cedar River Pipe Line '
Right of ,Jay; thence east along said pipe line right of way 163.5
feet; thence S 6017130" W to the north line of Langston Avenue;
thence west along the north line of Langston Avenue to the east
line of Bagley Place; thence north along the east line of --agley

the point of beginning.
