IT SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APRICANT TO CORRECT ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR VARIATION FROM THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN THE PLANS. ALL CORRECTIONS SHALL BE AT W ADDITIONAL COST TO IHE CITY APPROVAL O THE ROAD. GRADING, PARKING, BUILDING. AND DRAINAGE PLAN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AS APPROVAL OF ANY OTHER CONSTRUCTION (E. G. WATER.
