COUNCIL CONCUR Ken Srilofung Lacey Pires 7.a) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Finance Committee Chair Pavone presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to approve the following payments: 1. Accounts Payable – total payment of $13,678,626.93 for vouchers, 82219, 376525-376528, 376541-377004, 377017- 377297; payroll benefit withholding vouchers 6095-6112, 376529-376540, 377005-377016 and nine wire transfers. 2. Payroll – total payment of $3,314,492.71 for payroll vouchers which includes 1,611 direct deposits and 61 checks (7/16/19-7/31/19 and 8/1/19-8/15/19, 2019 pay periods). 3. Municipal Court – total payment of $14,000.00 for vouchers 017508-017530. 4. COUNCIL CONCUR Carrie Nass Kelly Beymer Maryjane Van Cleave Gena Woodke 7.c) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Committee of the Whole Substitute Chair Prince presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to: 1) Prepare an ordinance consistent with SHB1406 in order to begin receiving the state share of the Affordable Housing Credit; and 2) Request the administration continue exploring options for an affordable housing levy including, but not limited too, a statistically-valid survey and report the findings to Council in November 2019. At that time, per RCW 42.12.070, the person elected to that position shall take office immediately and serve the remainder of the unexpired term.
