SECTION II: The Mayor, City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to pay unto the "Trustees of Renton Local 1797 Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America", Renton, Washington, the sum of $17,600.00 for the acquisition and purchase of certain properties to be used for right of way and related purposes, a copy of said Statutory Warranty Deed to be executed by said Union to the City of Renton being attached hereto, labeled Exhibit "AE and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
