for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King , State of
Washington:
That portion of Government Lot 1 in Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. ,
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Government Lot
which is north 0°13'50" east 30 feet from the intersection of said east line with the
center line of Military Road (now Third Avenue North) as shown on Renton Farm Plat No.
4, as per plat recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, on page 90, records of King County;
thence N. 89°46'10" W. a distance of 30.0 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing N. 89''46'10" W. , along the north line of above described property, a dis-
tance Of 161.70 feet to the East line of the Northern racific Railway Right of Way;
thence through an angle of 73°48'25" to the left continuing southwesterly along said
Right of Way line a distance of 119.94 feet; thence through an angle of 134°41'35" to
the left a distance of 111.95 feet; thence through an angle of 24°30'00" to the right
a distance of 97.00 feet to the east line of said property; thence N 0'13'50" east
along said East line a distance of 55.00 feet to the true point and place of beginning.
AND GRANTORS hereby release, vacate and convey unto Grantee all of its right, title
and interest in and to that certain easement for ingress and egress over the North
20 feet of the propetty hereinabove described and as recorded in King County Auditor's
No. 4774211.

RESOLUTION NO. /(5EC
WHEREAS the City of Baotou is engagod to the construction of additional _
street right of ways, with the aid of urban arterial funds, which construction also
entails the acquisition of certain right of ways in order to tommlete the so-called
North Third Street Crossing and such construction being in the public interest and
for the public benefit and for the prime purpose of alleviating and reducing traffic
congestion, now therefore
BB IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The above recital and facts are hereby found to be true and
correct.
SECTION II: The Mayor, City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to pay unto the "Trustees of Renton Local 1797 Brotherhood of Carpenters
and Joiners of America", Renton, Washington, the sum of $17,600.00 for the acquisition
and purchase of certain properties to be used for right of way and related purposes,
a copy of said Statutory Warranty Deed to be executed by said Union to the City of
Renton being attached hereto, labeled Exhibit "AE and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this c4 ay of August, 1968.
