WITTERS,for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1 . 00) another good and valuable considera-
tion , grants
sells , conveys 'and quit claims to CITY OF RENTON , a Municipal Corporation, acting for and on
behalf of its Renton Aviation Board,
the following describedpilte,l'situated in the County of �;;s,`K' i ;n g State of Washington,•
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
That certain hangar building and structure consisting of approximately 10 , 000 square
feet (heretofore used as The Boeing Fire Station) and situated upon the following
described property :
Commencing at intersection of centerline of Dixie Avenue with the centerline of
runway of Airport extended in City of Renton, King County, Washington which point
is also North 88034 ' 43" West 1317 . 96 feet from centerline intersection of said
Dixie Avenue and Logan Street; thence North 5054 ' 56" West on said centerline of
runway and said line extended a distance of 403 feet; thence South 84005 ' West
420 feet to the True Point of Beginning of tract herein described; thence South
84005 ' West 100 feet; thence North 5054 ' 56" West 100. 5 feet; thence North 84005 '
East 100 feet; thence South 5054 ' 56" East 100. 5 feet , to the True Point of Beginnings
and all of said improvements being located within the boundaries of Renton Municipal
Airport, Renton , Washington.
This sale and conveyance is in further pursuance of that certain Lease Agreement
dated July 7 , 1947 between Western Skyways , Inc . , as Lessee , whose interest had been
fully assigned and set over unto above Grantor as per that certain Assignment of
Lease dated June 5 , 1950 and as said Lease was further amended under date of March
24 , 1959 , further reference hereby had thereto ; pursuant to which prime lease , par-
ticular reference being made to Paragraph 11 thereof, all structures and improve-
ments placed upon the demised premises by Lessee shall revert to and become the
property of Lessor upon expiration of said Lease ; it being agreed and stipulated that
said Lease Agreement, as amended , terminates in all respects on June 30 , 1967 . Grant-
or warrants that it has good right and full authority to sell , transfer and convey
the above structure and improvements unto Grantee and it will warrant and defend the
sale hereby made unto Grantee , its successors and assigns , against all and every per*
son and persons , whomsoever , lawfully claiming or to claim the same .

Pursuant to our recent telephone conversation , we have had
a new Dee0 nremared which I am sure will present no nroblem
when you have it notarized .
Will you please return the Deed to this office after it is
executed and we will then have it file‘7 for record with the
King County Auditor.
We enclose herewith a self -addressed return envelope and
thank you very much for your help in getting this matter
consumated and our files brought up to date .

Re: Quit Claim Deed To B Notarized
Property Located at Renton Airport
Dear Mrs. Witters:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of this date, we forward to you
the document which needs to be notarized in order that we can have it
recorded in the Auditor's Office.
Since the document is signed and has some conflicting dates, we felt
perhaps there may be some problem in getting it notarized, however,
the Notary can have you sign another piece of paper to witness that
it is your signature.
If you do have any trouble, please give me a call and we will arrange
transportation and have a City Officialwho is a qualified notary
properly execute same. Our telephone number is AL. 5-3464, Ext. 50 or 51.
We thank you for your courtesies and hope that we can get the transaction
completed and filed for record without great inconvenience to you, and
