sanitary sewer, storm sewer and 6 ' water main. phis has been done
under your inspection. because of t e large amount of rain in
the past few days and also considering the amount we will

on the road until spring.
ray problem is that my Lender will not release funds on my
second group of buildings until the City oZ Renton accepts this
road. Woul:: it be possible for you to accept a Quit Claim Deed
Lcti at this time for the road and if necessary I will give you a
