All that portion of South 123rd Street within the Plat of Latimers Lake
park Addition as recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, Page 63, Records of King
County, Washington, not previously vacated by the Plat of Woody Glen Addition
( a replat of portions of said Latimers Lake Park Addition) between the
southerly margin of Northwest 7th Street (formerly South 122nd Street) and
the north line of Lot 3, Block 1, Woody Glen Addition, as recorded in
Volume 47 of Plats, Pages 91 and 92, records of King County, Washington.
Lying southerly and westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the above described street; thence
South 88.53'32" East along the southerly line of Northwest 7th Street extended
easterly a distance of 45 feet; thence South 1.06'28" West a distance of 13.09
feet, to an intersection with a line drawn 15 feet northeasterly of and parallel
with the southwesterly line of said street; thence southeasterly along said
centerline a distance of 100.34 feet to the southerly line of said street.
SUBJECT:
