THE GRANTOR, PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a Washington corporation, CC x for and in consideration of One Dol 1 a and other valuable cons i derations, conveys and quit claims to CITY OF RENTON the following described real estate,situated in the County of K I NG State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire: Exhibit A (Attached) It is understood that the parcel of land described above is a portion of the right of way for certain transmission and/or distribution lines of the Grantor, which right of way and electric lines are used by the Grantor in its business as an electric public service company, and said parcel of land is hereby conveyed to the Grantee solely for the establish- ment and maintenance of a public highway and the installation and maintenance of utility lines other than electric utility lines. As a part of the consideration of this transaction, Puget reserves the right to construct, operate, reconstruct, relocate, maintain or repair existing or future transmission lines or distribution lines on, over or under said parcel of land hereby conveyed, but agrees not to interfere with ordinary highway traffic.
