a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, for street, alley and any other
public uses and purposes, the following lots, pieces and parcels of land lying and
being in said King County, State of Washington, and described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Renton
Highlands No. 2 corrected Plat, as recorded in Volume 57 of
Plats, Pages 92 to 98 inclusive, records of King County,
Washington; thence north 3°04'25" east 122.22 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence south 88°19'10" east 450.33
feet; thence north 0°53'36" east 30.00 feet;thence north
88°19'10" west 449.19 feet; thence south 3°01.'25" west
30.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said described premises unto the said City of Renton,
its successor or successors for the use of the public forever.
