QUIT CLAIM DEED
,r THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That we, Merrick 3dindes and
Bose S. Hindes', his wife , of King County, State of Washington, for and
in consideration of the stun of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid and in further
consideration of the general public welfare and the special benefits accruing to us
therefrom, do, by these presents grant, convey and quit-claim to the City of Renton,
