All that portion of land to be acquired for roadway purposes, designated as
the Talbot Road Extension described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 649.67 feet west and 30 feet south of
the NE corner of Section 19, Twp. 23 N. , R. 5 E. , W.M. , said point CD
of beginning also being on the southerly R/W margin of So. 7th Street;
thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 30 feet an arc distance
of 47.63' to a point of tangency; thence S 01°30'37" W a distance of 18.17
feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 250 feet;
thence along said curve through a central angle of 34°07'37" to an inter-
section with the northerly R/W margin of the Burlington Northern RY; thence
NEly along said Burlington Northern R/W margin to an intersection with the
southerly R/W margin of S. 7th Street; thence Westerly along the Southerly
R/W margin of S. 7th Street to a point 649.67 feet west and 30 feet south
of the NE corner of said Section 19 and the point of beginning.
