DEDICATION
GLACIER PARK COMPANY, a Minnesota corporation, for and in consider
ation of Two Hundred Fifty Three Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($253,500.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, to it paid by the CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, does hereby dedicate to public use as a
street or thoroughfare, that certain tract or parcel of land situated and being

coq in the County of King, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit:
gitzr C7 A strip of land over the SW1/4 and Sl/2 of NW1/4 of Section
Q 30 and the NWl/4 of Section 31, Township 23 N. , Range 5 E.,
CW.M. and over the vacated plat of Valley Garden Tracts lying
00 between a line 40 feet easterly and 40 feet westerly of the
N following described center line:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Section 30, thence S,
89°52'01" E. a distance of 1003.37 feet; thence S. 1°35113"
W. a distance of 1254.37 feet to the true point of beginning
of the aforementioned center line; thence continuing S. 1°
35'13" W. a distance of 1373.40 feet; thence S. 2°08'51" E.
a distance of 1313.16 feet; thence continuing S. 2°08'51" E.
a distance of 838.74 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
right; thence southwesterly along said curve to the right, having
i a radius of 2000 feet through a central angle of 9°08'01" an
arc distance of 318.82 feet to a point of reverse curvature;
thence southeasterly along a curve to the left, having a radius
of 2000 feet, through a central angle of 10°12'07", an arc dis-
tance of 356.12 feet to a point of tangency; thence S. 1°04'45"
E. a distance of 1120.00 feet to a point which lies N. 89°03'54"
W. a distance of 54.04 feet from the SE corner of the NW1/4 of
the NW1/4 of said Section 31, and the terminus of said center
line.
Glacier Park Company hereby reserves unto itself, its successors
and assigns, the right to construct, maintain, use, operate,
relocate, reconstruct and renew such trackage and other faci-
lities of Glacier Park Company, its successors and assigns, as
it may at any time and from time to time desire within the said
premises, and the rights herein reserved shall be and remain
superior to the rights of any and all others in said lands,
including but not limited to utility companies and/or their
designees, who may hereafter occupy said premises or which may
extend its or their facilities, over, under, across or through
the same. If_ such facilities of others occupying said premises
require encasement or any other protection by reason of the
existence and operation of any such trackage or other facilities
of Glacier Park Company, its successors and assigns, such pro-
, tection shall be provided pursuant to specifications of Glacier
Park Company, its successors and assigns, and the work will be
done by said any and all others at its or their sole cost,
liability and expense.

to be executed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto

commissioned and sworn, personally appeared J. C. KENIADY and
G. F, STEINHIBEL� to me known to be the Vice President and Assistant Secretary,
respectively, of GLACIER PARK COMPANY, the corporation that executed the fore-
going instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and
voluntary act and deed of said corporation for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that they were authorized to execute the said
instrument and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
