QUIT CLAIM DEED
IN THE MATTER OF SR 405 (PSH No. 1) , Jct. SSH No. 2-M (SSH No. 5-M) to
Jct. PSH No. 2 in Renton (Turnback) .
' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON,
pursuant to the agreement between the parties entitled GM 923, dated the
2nd day of September, 1977, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto THE CITY
OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, all its
I right, title and interest, in and to the following described real property
situated in King County, State of Washington:
That portion of the K Line right of way of State Highway Route No.
405, Jct. SSH No. 2-M to Jct. PSH No. 2 in Renton, through Blocks
11 and 12, Car Works Addition to Renton, according to the plat

thereof recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, page 47, records of said
County, together with the alleys within said Blocks and together
with the street between said Blocks, as shown hatched on Exhibit
"A", being sheet 8 of that certain plan of said Highway attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
The lands herein described are not required for State highway
purposes and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 78, Laws
of 1977, First Extraordinary Session.
