R-286-79 An ordinance was read rezoning property from R-2 to P-1 located at the west side of Talbot Rd. south of SE 43rd St. , known as the Deak Rezone. Refer to the Public Works Department, Board of Public Works, Transportation Committee and Ways and Means Committee for verification of petition, determination re advisability, easement and vacation fee; also resolution setting public hearing date of 6/11/79. Future use of the easement not anticipated. MOVED BY STREDICKE, SECOND CLYMER, COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE RECOMMENDA- TION. City Attorney Warren noted a resolution not needed. CARRIED.
