KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON, for and in consideration of the agreement of the parties entitled GM 936, dated the 17th day of February, 1978, hereby conveys and quitclaims unto the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, all its right, title and interest, in and to the following described CD LI) real property situated in King County, State of Washington: N \D C The westerly 30 feet in width of that portion of the northwest O� quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 23 North, r" Range 5 East, W.M. , described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Section South 373.8 feet from the northwest corner thereof; thence North 71°17'30" East 1035 feet; thence South, parallel with said west line, 455.3 feet; thence South 72°28'30" West 1028 feet to said west line; thence North, along said west line, 432.9 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT any portion thereof conveyed to Puget Sound Traction, Light and Power Company by that deed recorded under Auditor's file No. 178885, records of said County; EXCEPT County Roads. Subject to that easement granted by that instrument recorded under Auditor's file No. 1251411, records of said County, and subject to those reservations contained in that instrument recorded under Auditor's file No. 2060096, records of said County. The specific details concerning all of which may be found on sheet 31 of that certain plan entitled King County Sundry Site Plans, now of record and on file in the office of the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, Washington, bearing date of approval May 6, 1977. The lands herein described are not required for State highway purposes and are conveyed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 78, Laws of 1977, First Extraordinary Session.
