conveys and quit claims to The City of Renton, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, including any after acquired title:
That portion of Lots 1 & 2, Block 24 of C. D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens
Addition, Division No. 1 as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, page 74, records of
King County, Washington, vacated on October 16, 1939 by King County
Commissioners Journal Volume 38, page 38, and described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline of the Southwest 16th Street with the centerline of
Lind Avenue SW; thence S 1°20'16" W along said Lind Avenue centerline a
distance of 45.02 feet; thence S 89°35'25" W on a line a line parallel with and
45 feet southerly of as measured at right angles from the centerline of
Southwest 16th Street, a distance of 40.02 feet, to the true point of
e0 beginning; thence continuing S 89°35'25" W a distance of 36.08 feet; thence
southeasterly along a curve to the right, having a radius of 35.00 feet through
Ca central angle of 91°44'51" an arc distance of 56.05 feet to a point on a line
parallel with and 40 feet westerly of as measured at right angles from said
centerline of Lind Avenue SW; thence N 1°20'16" E parallel with said centerline
a distance of 36.08 feet to the true point of beginning. Containing 282.15

northeast corner of Lot 2 of Renton Short Plat No. 431-79 (Valley Office and
Industrial Park Subdivision No. 1) recorded under King County Auditor File No.
