portion conveyed to the State of Washington by deed recorded under Auditor's
File No. 3235173, said property being described as follows :

of County Road No. 174; EXCEPT the south 115 feet of the west 179
LO feet thereof; EXCEPT the portion thereof conveyed to Snoqualmie Falls

of said county; and EXCEPT portion thereof conveyed to State of Wash-
